1973 46' Bertram MY

Interested in opinions or thoughts about a boat I am buying. Survey still pending. I am buying a 1973 46' Bertram MY with twin DD 8-71s. Boat is cosmetically perfect, as it is corporate owned. Pending a survey would love opinions on this boat for living aboard 3 days a week, and a couple 50 mile costal trips per month, in Daytona Beach Florida area. Probably 1 trip a year to Bahamas or Florida Keys.

Any help would be appreciated on thougts.

I'm not allowed to say how much - but I'm asking 2//3 of the 5 year price for about 4 years of renewable and transferable membership in North Palm Beach - even if you are a Winter resident, this is a great deal. Fishing and bow riders available, all cleaning, maintenance, dock fees, insurance, and replacement costs included - only fee is $10 refueling charge plus the discounted cost of fuel.

Old Port Cove marina - northern end of Lake Worth near Palm Beach. You can even make reservations at other Freedom Boat Clubs. Can't be beat.

Baretta Boats

I'm Considering purchasing a used 1989 Baretta and am not familiar with the manufacturer. Does anyone have any experience with Barettas? Are they still being manufactured and by whom. It has a Volvo 4.3l engine with 270 hrs. Does anyone have opinions about this engine? Thanks in advance
