Good backrest.
Cabin: We liveaboard and love the six foot six headroom. She will sleep six or seven. There is a walk-in shower in the head with plenty of locker space.
Construction: Heavy fiberglass construction for the hull with a wood house. The interior is demensional teak. There is a real engine room with the refrigeration and hot water heater and still room to climb in and woor on the motor or adjust the packing gland.
Handling: This is a full keel Atkins design with a hull speed of six knots. Mine is the only Ingred I have seen that is cutter/sloop rigged, most are ketch rigged. I single hand her in the Straits of Juan de Fuca with no problems. She does not back weel tho.
Engine Room: Volvo MD2B, parts are verrrry expensive but she works well. She is salt water cooled.
General Comments: This boat has done the So. Pacific and been in a hurricane. We live aboard and cruise the San Juan and Gulf Islands. It is a very safe boat and a dream to sail.
