Hi there, I don't know if your question is stille valid, but I have one of them for sale. She needs a lot of work, in fact a total refit, but she is definitely one of the ships you're referring to.

I am seeking a very special yacht:

Culfor Marine of Conway, North Wales, built two topsail schooners around 1975 from Windboats Endurance 45 hulls. They had two squaresails on the foremast, which brailed inwards to the mast. One was called Dulus Dragon and I don't know the name of the other, but both had Welsh Dragon figureheads. They could be anywhere, but I am serious to locate one and see if it can be bought. Cash is waiting and a finders fee will be paid if we make a sale.
