| I own Francesca, a 1965 Columbia 40 Yawl customized by Palmer Johnson and Hinckley Yachts. She is a factory-built yawl with interior work and exterior trim customized by Palmer Johnson in the '60s and '70s. In the early nineties she went to Hinckley and was rebuilt/restored. The deck was taken off, recored, re-glassed and repainted. All wood trim was replaced. A new main mast, rigging and sails were also added. I have since repowered and rewired.
She sails like a dream and turns heads wherever she goes. Truly one of the most beautiful boats out there! |
